Executive Director, Interim CEO
Born a fourth generation Colorado native, Douglas’ professional journey is one with quite literally a worldwide reach. Starting with his first “business” hustling with a neighborhood lawn mowing service when he was ten and then moving to training horses as a teenager, Douglas began a career that so far accounts for nearly $300M in revenue development. And he’s done it in a variety of industries, from beer and stainless steel fabrication to nuclear submarines and semiconductors.
Successful tours inside Fortune 200 companies, mid-sized organizations, even a start-up or two and especially directing efforts on both sides of public affairs and fundraising desks, all help shape and guide Douglas’ vision, energy and determination.
Couple all of that with a lifelong passion building and driving high performance automobiles makes for a potent combination of experience and know-how that provide the foundation for our company and customers.

General Manager
Kolleen is the very definition of indispensable. With her nearly two-decades of experience in business development, strategy and especially event management in a variety of industries she makes what we do look easy. It’s not.
Her innovative and unparalleled ability to successfully guide our many different projects from start to finish while managing all of the moving parts has made her the hub of the organization.
She makes what she does look easy, and none of it is. Her unicorn like abilities stem from a high octane mixture of experienced toughness, red carpet elegance and Colorado ease all wrapped up with a drive to make a difference, to make things work and to make it all better for everyone.
Her dedicated attention to every detail fuels all of our efforts, and her kindness and care are known far beyond our western states home and we are honored she is on this journey with us!

Amanda
Marketing Manager
Amanda joined CauseCalendars as a model in our inaugural calendar as an experienced professional with a large modeling portfolio with both national and international work for clothing, jewelry, cosmetics and commercial corporations, lending instant credibility to our efforts from the start.
Along with being an accomplished model, she has a demonstrated performing arts background, skilled in contemporary dance as well as natural leadership ability as a model and manager for casting calls, photo shoot prep and staging, coaching the model team and an energetic eye for spotting new talent for our efforts too!
Amanda’s boundless energy, natural coaching ease, sense of humor and unflappable professionalism makes her a relied upon leader with all of our staff and customers and we could not do what we do without her!
